In the case of a cross-border supply, the amount of tax due is initially retained by the deposit shown on the invoice.
The refund of the deposit will be made as soon as the customer has submitted the export documents necessary to prove the tax-free delivery to us and these have been successfully checked.
If you commission Surplex with the transport, the deposit can usually be waived. You can request a transport quotation from your responsible logistics specialist. You will find the contact details on your invoice.
